All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable but exclude shipping costs. We reserve the right to adjust prices but will honor the price at time of order confirmation.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Swimwear (bikinis, one-piece beachwear)
• Underwear (bras, one-piece underwear)
• Accessories (belts, gloves, headgear)

Exceptions are made only for faulty items.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email – a contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

3.3 Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Orders over £50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch

We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

2. Include original packing slip

4.2 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days; PayPal 3-5 days

Exchanges are subject to availability. You are responsible for:
