Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Scandinavian-inspired pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear (including bikinis and one-piece beachwear)
  • Underwear (bras and one-piece underwear)
  • Accessories (belts, gloves, and headgear)

Exceptions are made only if these items arrive faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
  2. Pack Your Items: Include the original packing slip and securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached
  3. Ship Your Return: Send to our Leeds address using a trackable service:

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state your desired exchange item(s) in your email
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original items
  • You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
