Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging
How to Return an Item
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
- Pack Your Items: Include the original packing slip and securely package the items
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Leeds address using a trackable service: Samsøe Sales Store Returns

Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state your desired exchange item(s) in your email
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original items
- You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs
