Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (including bikinis and one-piece beachwear), underwear (bras and one-piece underwear), and accessories (belts, gloves, and headgear) unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
  2. Pack Your Items: Include the original packing slip and securely package the items
  3. Ship Your Return: Send to our Leeds address using a trackable service:

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state your desired exchange item(s) in your email
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original items
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
